Who we are
NFF Excavating & Land Services ("NFF", "we") is an owner-operated excavating and land services company based in Rushville, Indiana. Questions about this policy can go to nffexcavator@gmail.com or (765) 561-1792.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project address, project type, project details, how you heard about us, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Partial requests: if you complete the first step of our estimate form but not the second, we keep what you entered so Dave can follow up.
- Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies when played.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and send estimates and quotes, schedule site visits and jobs, and keep records of our work for you. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the optional text-message box, we may text you about your estimate or project. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to get an estimate. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the business: Netlify (website hosting and form delivery), Google Firebase (our customer records system), Google Analytics, and our phone and email carriers. They process information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and estimate records as long as needed for business, tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving texts or emails.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
